As the founding partner in 1992, and armed with an MBA from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA and her Class "A" General Contractor's License, Joyce was able to qualify the firm for its State Certification as a Minority Business Enterprise in 1994.

As Managing Director, Joyce has been providing clients with diversified construction services for more than a decade. Her broad range of construction management knowledge and financial management experience combine to ensure that all phases of the construction process are properly managed and executed. This close involvement with every project helps guarantee the success of your project. Her personal involvement in every project provides the unprecedented client service that is our trademark.

Gennaro A. Di Nola

Gennaro has over 24 years of experience in the construction industry. He was a Principal/Partner and Vice President of Preconstruction Services for a large construction management firm prior to joining Heart Construction and has been involved in projects from inception to commissioning.

He is a certified general contractor in the State of Florida and brings extensive experience in commercial, institutional, retail, healthcare, multi-family residential, senior housing/assisted living, and educational facility construction for both the public and private sector. His conceptual estimating, planning, budgeting, scheduling and value engineering skills are a key asset to enhance the overall coordination and constructability of every project.
